Digital Banking Dashboard
Designing a Scalable Data Operations Dashboard
Designed a scalable enterprise platform that supports query-based and file-based data extraction workflows, output generation, user administration, and project-level access management. My focus was on simplifying complex operational tasks through intuitive navigation, efficient workflows, and role-based user experiences.
NDA Project
This project was completed under a confidentiality agreement. Company names, business workflows, and visual assets have been anonymized or modified. The case study focuses on the UX design process, challenges, and solutions while protecting proprietary information.

Overview
Organizations often rely on multiple tools and manual processes to extract business data, manage users, and monitor extraction results. These fragmented workflows create inefficiencies, increase operational overhead, and make it difficult for users to complete tasks independently.
As the UX Designer, I redesigned the experience into a unified dashboard platform where users can perform data extraction activities, download generated reports, and manage projects through a structured and intuitive interface. The design focused on reducing complexity, improving discoverability, and enabling users to efficiently complete data-processing tasks with minimal training.
Outcome
The redesigned platform streamlined data extraction workflows by consolidating multiple functions into a single experience. Users could seamlessly navigate between extraction methods, monitor outputs, and manage project-related activities without switching systems.
The administration module simplified user onboarding and permission management, while contextual modal windows reduced navigation overhead and improved task efficiency. The final solution provided a scalable foundation capable of supporting future business requirements and additional extraction workflows.
Problem Statement
Challenge
The existing experience suffered from:
Fragmented extraction workflows spread across multiple screens.
Limited visibility into extraction results and output files.
Complex user management processes.
Difficulty navigating between project data reports.
Goal
The primary objectives were:
Streamline query-based and file-based extraction processes.
Improve discoverability of platform functionality.
Simplify project and user administration.
Reduce the number of steps required to complete common tasks.
Create scalable workflows capable of supporting future business growth.
Ideation
I explored several dashboard layouts, navigation patterns, and interaction models through low-fidelity sketches and wireframes. Different approaches, including top navigation, card-Hibased navigation, and sidebar navigation, were evaluated to determine the most scalable solution for organizing multiple extraction workflows and administrative functions.

Hi Fi Screens
Key Task Flows

The platform was designed around three core workflows: Data Extraction, Project Management, and Alerts & Notifications. Each flow guides users through a structured process, reducing complexity and improving operational efficiency. By streamlining key tasks, the solution enables faster decision-making, better collaboration, and proactive system monitoring.

Learning
Modular navigation improves discoverability in complex applications.
Contextual modal windows can significantly reduce workflow interruptions.
Designing for scalability ensures the platform can support future business requirements without major redesign efforts.
