A UX design initiative focused on creating a flexible analytics platform where users can configure dashboards, modal windows, reports, and visualizations based on their organization's unique database structure and business workflows. The solution empowers teams to control how information is displayed, reducing dependency on engineering teams while improving usability across diverse projects.

Overview
Organizations often operate on different database structures, field definitions, and reporting requirements. Traditional analytics platforms rely on rigid layouts that force users to adapt their workflows to the software.
This project aimed to create a highly configurable analytics platform where screens dynamically adapt to user-selected fields, datasets, and business rules. The experience was designed to support multiple industries and project types while maintaining consistency, scalability, and ease of use.

Problem Statement
Challenge
Analytics teams frequently work with unique datasets, custom fields, and varying reporting structures. Existing systems relied on fixed layouts, making it difficult to accommodate changing business requirements without engineering support.
As new projects were onboarded, each implementation required extensive customization, resulting in inconsistent user experiences and increased maintenance effort.
Goal
Design a flexible analytics platform that:
